We’re hiring a GTM (Go-To-Market) Automation Specialist / System Architect who is technically scrappy, deeply understands the Sales and Marketing engine, and is excited to use modern AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit) to build custom, high-impact solutions.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with GTM leadership and Operations to embed business context into systems and workflows. You’ll serve as the technical architect behind our AI-driven GTM motion—building agents that research prospects, automations that streamline customer touchpoints, and internal tools that dramatically improve sales productivity.

  • High Ownership: You thrive in ambiguity and proactively identify funnel bottlenecks, eliminating them through automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Systematize the GTM Motion: Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to map workflows and identify high-impact opportunities to replace manual work with automation.

  • Build Hybrid Automations: Design and maintain workflows that blend low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Retool) with custom scripts (Python, SQL) where flexibility is required.

  • Develop Internal Tools: Use AI-assisted development workflows (Replit, Claude Code, Cursor) to rapidly build and deploy internal web applications such as lead scoring tools or renewal risk dashboards.

  • Orchestrate Data: Ensure reliable, accurate data flows between core systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Snowflake. Act as the owner of GTM data integrity.

  • Experiment & Iterate: Serve as the experimentation engine for the GTM org—testing AI agents, enrichment tools, and APIs. Scale what works; discard what doesn’t.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of GTM experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Business Systems, or a related role supporting B2B SaaS teams.

  • Strong automation background with experience building complex workflows and integrations involving real business logic.

  • Technical versatility: Comfortable reading API documentation, writing SQL, and debugging Python scripts—often with AI assistance.

  • Excellent communication skills: Able to explain technical constraints to GTM leaders and articulate business value to technical stakeholders.
