About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven CRM Marketing Strategist to lead the growth and optimization of SMS marketing programs for our mid-market brand portfolio within Postscript Plus.
In this role, you will build, manage, and optimize SMS campaigns and lifecycle automations while leveraging Postscript’s AI tools to drive revenue and deliver a best-in-class messaging experience for clients. You will collaborate directly with merchants through Slack, Zoom, and email to develop and execute data-driven SMS strategies.
Key Focus Areas
AI Integration

Deploy and manage Postscript AI products to automate personalized customer interactions and improve program efficiency.
Campaign & Automation Strategy

Plan and execute high-performing SMS marketing calendars.

Build lifecycle automations such as welcome flows, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase messaging.
Strategic Optimization

Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and maximize revenue per message.

Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creative, and segmentation strategies.
Responsibilities

Configure SMS automations, campaigns, and integrations aligned with best practices and client goals

Provide weekly performance updates, insights, and recommended next steps to clients

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on account management and strategy

Monitor program performance, identify blockers, and escalate complex or technical issues to the Support team

Maintain consistent client communication via Slack, Zoom, and email to ensure alignment and transparency

Proactively educate customers on new features and product capabilities, recommending strategies to grow their business

Maintain strong product knowledge and contribute to internal documentation and process improvements

Provide feedback to improve AI products based on customer use cases and insights

Collaborate with internal teams using tools such as Slack, Vitally, and Google Workspace

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements

Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or martech platforms (experience with Shopify or Klaviyo preferred)

5+ years in a customer-facing, marketing operations, or strategic support role

Excellent written English communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage up to 30 client accounts or projects simultaneously

Effective cross-team communication and collaboration skills

Proactive and responsive in asynchronous communication environments

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
