MARKETPLACE MANAGER

Role ID : 1073    04-May-2026

About Company

Fusion is a retail broker specializing in getting consumer brands onto shelves and screens everywhere people shop. We work with brands navigating major physical retail channels — Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Target, and Grocery — as well as online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, and beyond.

We are part of The Collective alongside The Grounded Company (creative) and Adapted (digital marketing) — three agencies built with one mission: grow brands.

We move fast, think strategically, and hold ourselves and our clients to a high standard. This role is a critical part of how we deliver on that promise in the marketplace space.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager who owns the full lifecycle of online marketplace performance for our client portfolio. This is not a coordinator role. We need someone who has been in the trenches — setting up accounts, optimizing listings, managing ad spend, and keeping the overall health of multiple marketplace accounts in excellent shape simultaneously.

You'll be the person our clients trust to make their products visible, competitive, and profitable across the platforms that matter most. You'll work directly with Fusion's leadership and client teams to execute marketplace strategy with speed and precision.

Platforms You Must Know:
You need to be genuinely expert — not just familiar — with the following:

Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central), Walmart.com, Walmart 1P, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Lowe's.

Experience with additional marketplaces is a plus but the above are non-negotiable.

What You'll Own
Account setup and onboarding across marketplace platforms. Full listing management — titles, descriptions, bullet points, imagery, A+ content, and backend keywords. Ongoing listing optimization to improve search ranking, conversion rate, and buy box performance. Sponsored ads management across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok — campaign setup, bid strategy, budget management, and performance reporting. Marketplace account health monitoring — resolving suppressed listings, policy violations, and performance flags before they become problems. Competitive analysis and pricing strategy recommendations. Regular performance reporting with clear insights and action items — not just numbers, but the story behind them.

What We're Looking For
Five or more years of hands-on marketplace management experience — not agency oversight, actual execution. Deep expertise across Amazon, Walmart.com, Walmart 1P, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Lowe's. Proven experience managing sponsored ads across multiple platforms with real budget responsibility. Strong analytical skills — you know how to read the data, identify what's wrong, and know what to do about it. Exceptional English communication skills — written and verbal. You'll be client-facing and need to communicate clearly and professionally with founders, brand managers, and marketing directors. Experience working with large consumer brands — if you've managed accounts for P&G, Unilever, or similar portfolio brands, that moves you to the top of the list. Self-directed and reliable — you don't need to be managed, you need to be trusted.

Location
Remote. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Central or South America. Strong English communication is required. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Compensation
Up to $4,000 USD per month based on experience and scope. This is a contract (1099) engagement.
