The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help bring the Everee brand to life across every touchpoint — from campaign creative and social content to event materials, presentations, and beyond. You'll work closely with marketing leadership to execute on creative direction while also proactively pushing the brand forward with fresh ideas and a sharp eye.
This isn't a "production only" role. We want someone who can follow a brief and also walk in on a Monday with a concept nobody asked for but everyone immediately loves.
What You'll Do

Design across a wide range of formats: digital ads, social graphics, email headers, landing pages, presentations, event signage, trade show materials, and more

Create custom illustrations that bring personality and clarity to complex concepts (payroll doesn't have to be boring)

Produce motion graphics and lightweight digital animations for social, web, and video content

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns from concept through final delivery

Maintain and evolve Everee's visual brand standards, keeping things consistent while helping the brand grow and mature over time

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality

Contribute to design reviews, give and receive feedback constructively, and help raise the creative bar across the team
What We're Looking For

3–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or similarly fast-paced environment

A strong portfolio that demonstrates range: brand, campaign, illustration, and ideally motion

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma

Custom illustration chops - you can create original visual assets, not just remix stock

Experience with motion design or digital animation (After Effects, Lottie, or similar); this doesn't need to be your primary skill, but it should be in your toolkit

Ability to juggle competing priorities and manage your own workload with minimal hand-holding

Strong communication skills and you can explain your design decisions and take direction without ego

Comfort working in ambiguity and moving fast; we're a startup and things change

Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your workflow

Bonus if you've dabbled in vibe coding: able to spin up a quick HTML mockup or tweak a landing page without waiting on a developer
